TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All class and 1 to 1 training session times and dates are looked upon as appointments and must be followed. If you are unavoidably delayed by more than fifteen minutes, you must contact myself (Morgan Dennis) before the arranged time to arrange another suitable time.

2. All services must be paid at the agreed price in advance only. If no advance payment has been made, The  Mindful Mutt Academy reserves the right to cancel the service booked. 

​

3. If the service is cancelled less than 24 hours before commencement then full fees are due. The Mindful Mutt  Academy does not charge an extra administration fee for cancelled bookings. Cancellations must be made in  writing by email, text or WhatsApp. A full refund will only be given in the event of the dogs’ death or as a result of serious illness or injury.

4. All pets must be fully up to date with their yearly vaccinations or titre tested with certificate of proof (kennel  cough is not compulsory but is advised), they must also be wormed and treated for fleas/ticks on a regular basis. The Mindful Mutt Academy reserves the right to decline to accept any animal that appears visibly  unwell. If pets are not vaccinated, The Mindful Mutt Academy will not take any liability for any illnesses that the pet catches that could have been vaccinated against and the owner will take full responsibility for this.

5. The Mindful Mutt Academy carries out all agreed services in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In  consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client waives and relinquishes all  claims against The Mindful Mutt Academy except those arising from gross negligence or misconduct on the part of The Mindful Mutt Academy.

6. The client authorises the signed contract to be valid approval for future services, therefore allowing The Mindful Mutt Academy to accept future bookings without additional signed contracts or authorisation. By signing below I am promising to read these terms and conditions in their entirety.

7. The Mindful Mutt Academy is fully insured. However, please note that this is not a pet health insurance and all pets should have their own Health, Accident and Liability Insurance policy.

8. Female dogs in season are not allowed in class and it is not recommended to complete 1 to 1 sessions as they may be feeling out of sorts. Please inform us as soon as you suspect your dog may be in season. Classes and 1 to 1s can be rescheduled to when your dog has finished their season.

I, the undersigned, have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of using the services of The Mindful Mutt Academy. I understand that any outstanding fee will be paid to Morgan Dennis. I confirm that I will be responsible for any costs which might be incurred, either veterinary or other, as a result of any sickness, accident or damage caused to or by the pet named overleaf, excepting third party liability, and that I will pay such costs on return.

I/we also consent for images of our pet/s to be posted on The Mindful Mutt Academy's social media pages and website unless otherwise stated. By signing these forms, I am agreeing to follow through with this booking and pay any fees due.

I/we also accept full liability for any loss, damage or unacceptable behaviour caused by my Dog/s whilst being walked, or visited in/our home and I/we also accept liability for payment of any public liability insurance excess incurred by The Mindful Mutt Academy.

I hereby indemnify The Mindful Mutt Academy and their staff against liability of any kind whatsoever arising from my dog’s participation in any services offered by The Mindful Mutt Academy. The information I have given in this application is true, correct and complete to the best of my knowledge.
